Terms and conditions of use for Prayer Intentions

This space allows you to publish your prayer intention (hereinafter referred to as the “Intentions”) on the www.magnificat.com website (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”).

The Website is not responsible for the content of the Intentions.

Any Intention contravening the rules of use of the Website, the law, or any other code of conduct, engages only the responsibility of their authors.

If you believe that any Intention you have sent us is objectionable, you are encouraged to contact us immediately by email at XXX

You are free to publish an Intention on the Website as long as it remains within the limits of legality and courtesy.

You therefore agree to comply with all applicable legislation and not to infringe the rights of third parties, and in particular:

– not to publish on the Intention any personal data that could be used to identify a person (surname, first name, postal address, e-mail address, telephone number, etc.);

– not to publish abusive, defamatory or racist messages, messages that offend public decency, messages of a violent or pornographic nature, messages likely by their nature to undermine respect for human dignity and privacy, equality between women and men, and the protection of children and adolescents;

– not to publish messages encouraging the commission of crimes and/or offences or inciting the consumption of prohibited substances, messages inciting discrimination, hatred or violence;

– not to send messages that do not respect the intellectual property rights of others: for example, messages must not contain documents protected by copyright or trademark, without the authorization of the owner;

– not to publish, distribute or transmit as Intentions, photographs or illustrations representing recognizable persons, so that they do not infringe the privacy and more generally any right whatsoever of any third party whatsoever or the laws and regulations in force;

– not to publish, disseminate or transmit as an Intention, any content, information, comment, opinion or other message of a nature to disrupt, slow down or prevent the proper functioning of the Website;

– not to publish, disseminate or transmit as an Intention, any content, information, comment, opinion or other message that may harm the honor or reputation of the authors of the works as well as the works themselves.

We may check Intentions after the fact and reserve the right to move or delete, in whole or in part, without notifying the author, any Intentions that constitutes a violation of the above terms or of any legal or regulatory provisions in force.

In the event of repeated abuse, the administrators have the right to restrict access to an Internet user, prohibit him/her from publishing an Intent or terminate his/her account.
